THE TOUR FEE of US$2,950 (Approximately NZ$4,800) INCLUDES the following;
• Izmir-Cappadocia domestic flight
• Cappadocia-Istanbul domestic flight
• Accommodation in twin or double room shared rooms, or single occupancy at additional cost and accommodation tax
• Daily breakfasts
• Dinners at the hotels (10 in total)
• Licensed English Speaking Biblical oriented Guide throughout the itinerary

• One group transfer on arrival and departure
• Entrance fees to all sites

• International flights
• Lunches and drinks at lunch or dinner
• Travel and health insurances
• Any additional koha you may choose to offer churches, guides or housekeepers
• Sightseeing activities such as Hot Air Balloon ride
• Anything not detailed above

PAYMENT; will be in two instalments the first of US$200 on 1 September following confirmation of your place and the second and final payment on 15 January 2025.

CANCELLATION POLICY; our cancellation policy is determined by Tutku's policy;
120-90 days prior to departure: No Penalty
89-60 days prior to departure: 10% retained, 90% refunded
59-45 days prior to departure: 25% retained, 75% refunded
44-30 days prior to departure: 50% retained, 50% refunded
29-15 days prior to departure: 75% retained, 25% refunded
14 days & after: No refund
Any changes or cancellation needs to be made in writing and a cancellation fee will be payable on an increasing scale in relation to the imminence of the tour dates.
TERMS
REGISTRATION; you must fill in the form to register your interest. Confirmation is made via return email as spaces are strictly limited.

PHYSICAL FITNESS; the paths and roads will be of a lower standard than we are used to. This registration confirms that you have the required level of fitness to walk 10km daily. If unsure please discuss with the leaders and/or your medical practitioner before registering. Any health conditions that may affect your capacity to participate must be discussed in advance and in confidence with the leaders.

INSURANCE; we recommend you take out an insurance policy to cover cancellation under any circumstances or the cost of assistance (including Your repatriation) in the event of accident or illness.

Any additional costs due to illness, injury or unexpected personal circumstances, such as taxi fares, additional accommodation or changed flights, rests with you.
​
LIABILITY; we are travelling as tour leaders but accept no liabillity for injury or illness, lost luggage, or flight delays or cancellations.
TRAVEL TIPS
MEDICATION; it is best to ensure all medication is retained in original packaging within pharmacy stickered containers.

VISA; if you are travelling on a NZ Passport you will not require a visa for Turkey, but may require a visa if you choose to extend your tour to other destinations, including stop-overs. Please address this issue with your travel agent. If you are not travelling on a NZ Visa please check requirements with your travel agent.

INTERNET AND COMMUNICATIONS while travelling; if you have need for communications, other than the hotel wifi which is supplied in each location, we recommend purchasing a SIM card on arrival at either the airport or in Istanbul. A digital SIM card is also an easy way of ensuring internet connectivity throughout. We personally use a portable mobile wifi device so all of our devices can connect to the one wifi connection.

LOCAL SPENDING and currencies; throughout Turkey either US Dollars or Turkish Lira is accepted. Throughout Greece is Euros.

GREECE EXTENSION
It is possible to extend the Turkey tour to take on a Greece extension from Thursday 27 March through until Wednesday 2nd April. This is by enquiry only as it will not proceed unless a group can be formed. Additional costs are US$2,050 (approximately NZ$3,350)
